Admissions & Career Transition Manager
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Paradigm WorksGroup, Inc. is seeking an Outreach & Admissions/Career Transition Manager (OA/CTS) to lead the OA/CTS team in recruiting eligible students into the Hartford Job Corps Center (HJCC) training program and guiding their transition to gainful employment. Will direct a team of five outreach and career transition staff whose job it is to enroll students and then help them find suitable employment.
The successful candidate will live and breathe HJCC's mission to provide academic, technical and social and employability skills training to provide a transformative learning experience, creating a platform to self-sufficiency for our students.
Administratively strong, organized, results-driven, comfortable in any setting - from the boardroom to a soccer game to a church supper to a homeless shelter. Must be receptive to new ideas and be willing to sometimes work irregular hours. Must anticipate trends and see opportunity everywhere.
Strong in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other presentation platforms. Must have the ability to quickly learn and utilize different databases, analyze data, and identify patterns and trends that can help support decision-making. Salesmanship, leadership, energy, and a spirit that reflects all the good that is being done at Hartford Job Corps.
Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, with clean driving record. Two years' supervisory experience. Strong sales or recruitment or outreach background. Professional. Mon-Fri 8-5 EOE
