ParadigmWorks Group, Inc., in partnership with the Hartford Job Corps Center (HJCC), is seeking qualified candidates for Admissions Counselor and Career Transition Specialist positions.

Admissions Counselors are responsible for recruiting, screening, and enrolling qualified students into the program. Successful candidates should be comfortable engaging with prospective students, families, community organizations, and referral partners.

Career Transition Specialists work with students and graduates as they prepare to enter the workforce. This role includes developing relationships with employers and assisting program completers with securing employment in their trained career fields.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a closely related field; or

  • Associate degree with at least two years of related experience

  • Retail, recruiting, outreach, or commission-based sales experience is a strong plus

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.

Compensation:
$47,500–$52,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive pay.
